Walk in Interview: Experienced Management Consultant On Fixed Term Contract Basis at Delhi Applications are invited from Indian Nationals for Engagement as Management Consultant in AIESL, Delhi, on a fixed term engagement basis and to maintain a wait list for future requirement. Vacancy: - 01 (Gen) and to form a panel for future requirement.



ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (AS ON 31.08.2017):
1. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
a) 2 Year full time PG Diploma/MBA/Post Graduate degree in Business Management from AICTE recognized Institute/University.

2. EXPERIENCE: (Essential)
10 Years post-qualification experience in Aviation Sector/ Airline on Sales of Aviation products and Services

3. TERM OF ENGAGEMENT
Management Consultant will be engaged on fixed term contract for an initial period of 5 (Five) years extendable further in multiples of 5 (Five) years depending upon requirement and based on individual performance.

4. UPPER AGE LIMIT (AS ON 31.08.2017):
64 Years. Age relaxation would be extended to SC, ST, OBC & Ex Service Men as per government directives in this regard. Period of engagement would be up to 65 years of age or the period, for which the contract is valid, whichever is earlier.

5. REMUNERATION: Total emoluments will be Rs. 1, 21,000/- per month. (All inclusive)

7. HOW TO APPLY:
Applicants meeting the eligibility criteria as mentioned above are required to download and fill up the application form available with this advertisement. Candidates are required to appear for WALK-IN interview on 21.11.2017 between 10.00 hrs to 16.00 hrs at the venue mentioned above with all original Certificates/Testimonials as mentioned below:

C. Caste Certificate (Only for SC/ST/OBC candidates)
D. Experience Certificate/s
E. Two recent Passport size photograph
Candidates would also be required to furnish self attested copies of all certificates/ testimonials as mentioned above along with Application Form. Please note that No Original Certificate be submitted with the Application Form. Candidates are required to bring all Original Certificates for verification.

Candidates are also advised to bring an A/c Payee Demand Draft for an amount of Rs. 2000/- in favour of “Air India Engineering Services Ltd.”, payable at Delhi, as non- refundable application Fee (Not applicable for SC/ST/Ex Servicemen). 8. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

8.1 The short listed candidates will be considered for engagement on a fixed term Contract basis, subject to their Medical fitness. Cost of medical test to be borne by the candidate.

8.2 The applicant / candidates must ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria, as on 31.08.2017, and that the particulars furnished by them in the Application Form are correct in all respects. At any stage of the Selection Process or there after, if the particulars provided by the candidates in the Application or testimonials supplied are found incorrect / false, or not meeting with the eligibility requirements prescribed for the post, the candidature is liable to be rejected and, if appointed, services terminated, without further notice.

8.3 Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidate or bringing political or other outside influence, with regard to their engagement / selection shall be considered a DISQUALIFICATION.
